The diagrams below show the existing ground floor plan of a house and a proposed plan for some building work.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The diagrams detail the comparison between the design of the current ground floor and that of after new renovation.
Looking from all perspectives, it is readily apparent that the rooms are largely expanded with significant alternations in the position of existing features. The hall will be completely removed in the new plan resulting in a larger place for the living room. Stairs in the middle of the hallway are moved to the opposite of the main entrance door, in which two internal doors are placed. Thus, the new design has these doors moved to the nearest left side of the entrance. Moreover, the two internal walls will be combined as one after reconstruction. As for new facilities, a place for kitchen furniture will be added in the future.
To sum up, the largest alternations would be the removal of the hall, the expansion of two existing rooms and a place for kitchen furniture, followed by minor changes in terms of the position of doors.
