Overall, the greatest amount of money spend for teachers salary which is almost greater than 40% in contrast to the lowest spending on insurance with a maximum of 8% over the three years.
Regarding the first chart, they spend teachers and other workers salary around 40% and 28% respectively. Similarly, resources, furniture and equipment accounts for about 15% and for the insurance a mere 2% money they spend in 1981.
