The plans below show the layout of a conference room in which training sessions with different numbers of people can be held.
Summerise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The two maps illustrate the layout of a conference room for a training session where different number of people can be invited.
It can be seen that significant changes have been made in terms of the conference room’s interior space designs in two plans appropriate for the intended number of invited guests.
In the center of the conference room, more chairs for guests have been set up while tables have been moved closer to both wall edges to make way for new rows of chairs.
Additionally, the whiteboard, which was originally located on the top left corner of plan A, is removed to the middle of the room in plan B. Opposite the whiteboard is the president’s chair and lecture platform relocated from the top left corner. At the bottom of two plans, tables for morning tea, coffee, and snacks are replaced and take the place of the president’s chair and lecture platform. Therefore, chairs and tables for guests are expanded to the end of the room in plan B.
