Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
It is better to work as a member of a team than as an individual in order to succeed.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. Be sure to use your own words. Do not use memorized examples.
Divided we fall, united we stand. A team in any area of work is a strong factor for success. Therefore, I truly second the statement and say that it is better to work as a member of a team than as an individual in order to achieve success. The reasons to support this statement are justified as follows.
First of all, collaboration can help come up with a better variety of ideas. Working in a team enhances diversity and injection of newer and variety of ideas which are much needed in any work culture that would not only lead to having a variety of solutions but also create different methods which can be adapted to solve various issues. A team serves as the biggest asset to any organization and one can anticipate a higher magnitude of success working in a team than working individually. For instance, while working in an office, if we are stuck with a problem, it is easier to brainstorm within the team and come up with a solution for the problem thereby saving time and having a better solution.
Furthermore, working as a team member also means equal and proper distribution of work leading to working efficiently, effectively, and achieving the targets well ahead of time. Working in a team allows identifying our weaknesses which can be overcome through proper feedback leading to improved abilities to perform a task. Teamwork also aids in realizing our hidden caliber which can be further enhanced leading to specialization in the work area. For example, if you are working as a caregiver, your colleagues would be helpful in sharing their expertise and challenges in the same line of work which you can also learn, practice, and realize to enhance your capacities and also improve on the areas that you are lacking.
In conclusion, a team always reflects good working culture, brighter ideas, diversity, and a variety of knowledge and expertise that can be imbibed to achieve a greater level of success in any organization.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
