Dear, Mr. Dat!
I'm very glad to write this letter to you. How are you doing? If you are healthy and strong, it's so great. I want to give you a kiss and a cosy big hug, but I can not do it because we are one person and we are interrupted by the distance of time. Right, we don't talk about this problem any more. Today, it's high time to look back at the past together. Wow…! The time has elapsed quickly. I didn't think you are more than 60 years old now. At the age of decline, I'm sure that you're having some happinesses and regrets.
I still remember the memories of your past. On 2nd November in 2003, a baby was born and started breaking down into tears. That was you, not others. Really, your childhood was not the same as other people. A child of a poor family always faces difficulties day by day. From primary to high school, you had to try your best in order to defeat your bad destiny. In spite of the lack of many things, you weren't also afraid or you weren't also nervous. And undoubtedly, you didn't frustrate your parents when you gained extremely comprehensive achievements, especially winning a place at Can Tho University - a university you like most and attending your favorite major - English Teacher Education. I really admire your will!
However, don't be pessimistic about yourself. Have you still remembered an idiom which you learnt in high school? If you don't remember, I will help you review it. The idiom I want to talk about is “EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING”. This idiom is to show a meaning when your life gets into trouble, it still has some positive aspects. Everyone can not choose a destination by yourselves, no one can not know where they were born and what they will face. As a result, you know that you are my future. You can't make me feel disappointed. Ok? ^^ Besides, I truly apologize for my arrogance. Because of that, you were despised by someone in the past. They hated you and had some bad words. Indeed, more than 60 years old, is it too late for regretting? I don't think so. Even if it's too late, it's also an occasion to thank life and reject the negative things. Today, maybe I talked about enough thoughts in my heart.
Finally, don't stay up too late or think of pressure! You must be an excellent person and create a beautiful life for the rest of time before you say goodbye to this world! My confidence!
