The diagram below shows the production and processing of milk and dairy products for commercial sale.

The diagram illustrates the process by which milk and other dairy products are produced.
It can be seen that the process consists of seven to eight main stages, commencing with taking fresh milk from the cows and ending with the packaging stage for sale.
At the beginning of the process, the cows are grazed on large glass in order to have the best condition beforing the milking stage. And then the fresh milk will be collected by a milking machine twice a day before being stored in refrigerators. After that, a milk tanker will be used to transport fresh milk to the Dairy on a daily basis.
In the Dairy, many stages are involved to manufacture different milk products including fresh milk, cheese, cream, and butter. The milk will be pasteurized, this is an important stage to ensure the quality of the final products before the packaging stage. Finally, milk and dairy products are ready to be on sale in supermarkets and shops.
