The diagram shows how chocolate is produced.
The given figure illustrates the process of producing chocolate from the cacao tree.
From an overall perspective, it is apparent that the method of producing chocolate is a linear process that consists of 10 distinct steps. This procedure begins with harvesting cacao pods from various nations and culminates with turning the mixture of chocolate into liquid.
The process commences with collecting and assembling the cacao pods which are ripe from cacao trees in numerous countries such as America, Africa, etc. Subsequently, pods are split then the workers gather white cocoa beans inside them. Next, beans are fermented and dried under the sun to ensure that these ingredients are waterless. In the fifth step, the manufacturers put those dried beans into large sacks.
Moving to the sixth step, the sacks containing beans are delivered by a factory's train or lorry to the producer. Following that, the employees roast these waterless beans in the hating machine at 350 Celcius degrees. After the baking stage, those beans are crushed, which makes their outer shell easily to be removed. Finally, the inner components in these beans are put in pressing equipment in order to tuen the solid cacao into liquid chocolate.
