Death penalty should be abolished. Do you agree or disagree ?
Many people agree that the death penalty is necessary to maintain the effectiveness of the public security system. Although there are some drawbacks to the death penalty, I agree that without it we would be more helpless in the face of violence.
Given a variety of circumstances, the death penalty may be considered as an inappropriate form of punishment. The most well-founded argument is that we do not reserve the right to kill other individuals. Regardless of an individual's actions, the right to life is a fundamental right that cannot be violated. Honest people may also run against incorrect execution. Such irrational sentences take innocent people's lives from them and make other citizens lose faith in justice and regulation. Hoodlums occasionally apologize for their protests as well. They ought to be given a second chance to improve themselves in this circumstance.
Nevertheless, I acknowledge that the public generally holds the death penalty to be fundamental. It is first and foremost an effective deterrent to serious wrongdoings. The best way to deter someone from committing crime is to demonstrate the outcomes of their actions. For instance, Pakistan's government has slowed down the use of illegal intimidation by allowing the execution of members of oppressor organizations who rely on fear. Additionally, the legislators spend a significant portion of the public budget on maintaining the prisoners. All things considered, this money can be used for governmental aid to individuals as well as public improvement.
In conclusion, even if it comes with some drawbacks, I believe that the death sentence is ultimately the most efficient means of reducing crime, cutting government spending, and deterring others from breaking the law
