Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
People who develop many different skills are more successful than people who focus on one skill only.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Work, is an important part of our lives. no matter where we are, we need to find best work opportunities and be successful in our work so we can lead better quality of life. There has always been a debate if it is better to develop many different skills or focus on one skill to be successful. In my view, it is essential to develop a variety of skills rather than focus on only one skill.
First, being hired in a good company with high pay is an important factor. in most careers there is a need for workers to understand and perform in different fields so they can complete different assignments alone rather than have a depth of knowledge in only one field. For example, I had two friends Mahsa had beginner level knowledge in different languages of programming and Elaheh was an expert in java. Both of them applied for work in different companies while Mahsa got offers from all companies Elaheh recieved only one offer. Therefore, it was easier for Mahsa had different options to choose from while Elaheh could barely find one job. That's why it benefits us a lot more if we develop many skills and don't focus on only one skill.
Second, communication is a crucial part of success. By being capable of interacting with a variety of people we expand our social circle and may have a better chance at success. For example, my coworker Majid, was a so called "jack of all trades, master of none", likewise he could make conversation with all different types of people with different hobbies and skills. His capability in making connection with different people allowed him to get various opportunities and get promoted at a fast pace. Based on this experience I believe that understanding different skills can propel us to have more advantage in making connections that can lead to easier success.
In conclusion, I believe that having knowledge and developing skills in different areas can lead to better and easier success. Diversity in our skills allows us to not only have better chances at getting hired but also can lead to more opportunities in making connections and developing within the company. Hence, we should all try and learn different skills for a successful life.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
