The maps illustrate some changes in the area of industry in the town of Norbition and its future development plan.
Overall, the industrial site will experience some considerable changes in the future. The main developments are the expansion of transportation routes and the appearance of housing areas and some facilities.
As can be seen on the map, the farmland currently locates north of the Norbiton industrial site. The transportation has only one roundabout, while the factories are found along the transportation routes.
Turning to the planned future development, we can see that the farmland will be moved to the northeast of the area, while the transportation routes will be extended in many directions and have one more small traffic circle compared to the present. The factories will also be destroyed, instead, the appearance of housing areas and some facilities such as a playground, shops, a medical centre, and a school.
In conclusion, in future development, there are some changes experienced by the Norbiton industry area, which will turn it into a residential area.
