Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

You should write at least 150 words.

The graph delineates the number of Canadian students completing their tertiary education in the phase of 1992 to 2007.

In essence, both the two genders males and females shared a similar pattern in the significant rise of the graduated students.

To commence with, from 1992 to 1995, it witnessed a slight increase in the number of female students and a proliferation of nearly 10,000 graduates in males. However, from 1995 onwards there was a sharp plunge to the old statistics. The number of male students oscillated until the year 2000 whereas females remained at the number of 100,000. The next year remarked a point in which there was a successive increase as female students reached a peak of 150,000 people (in 2006) and males rose from under 80,000 to nearly 100,000 students.

The number of male and female graduates both had common in the trend but female students overwhelmed males throughout the phase.
