The pie chart illustrates the proportion of volunteers based on organizations from 2008 to 2014.
Overall, the proportion of environment, sports and health care witnessed an upward trend. While, the figure of art, educational and others had an opposite trend.
In 2008, the ratio of Educational accounted for the highest proportion, at 24% of the total organizations. Environmental and art figures were lower, with 21% and 18% respectively. Meanwhile, only 15% of both sports and other activities are volunteered, and the lowest figure can be seen in the percentage of health care volunteers, which stood at nearly 7%.
In 2014, the percentage of the environment grew rapidly to the highest figure in the chart 29%. The amount of money spent on sports and health care increased by 25% and 8%, respectively. While the figure for the education sector declined to 17%. There were sharp declines to 12% and 9% in art and other organizations, respectively.
