The flow chart shows the process of making plastic bottles. The course include 5 stages, beginning with melting the raw plastic, followed by several steps, before shaping the melted plastic into a bottle.
At the beginning of the process, the preform plastic is heated in the extruder machine in order to melt the plastic. Next, the melted plastic is put into a mould by grafting three pieces of the forge, before being created a small hole with a needle on the top of the heated plastic.
As soon as the mould is finished, the pressurized air is injected into the mould to widen the plastic to the whole mould. Finally, three pieces of the mould is removed and then the bottle is completed.
