Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the industrial area would be modified into a residential area with some amenities such as schools, shops, a medical centre and a playground.
At a fleeting glance, this site will not be used for commercial use in the future. On the north side, there would be houses across the river, roads would be constructed from the roundabout to the housing property, and the river would be divided into two parts. In the east direction, the factory turned into a school. The playground would be included on the northeast side.
Probing ahead, the small roundabout would be added on the south side, and the medical centre would be established with the corners of both roundabouts In the east-south direction. The new road would be built on the west side. For the way of housing properties, shops would be introduced in the west South direction. Lastly, the farmland area would be moved from north to north-east corner.
