I am writing to complain the Air Conditioner delivered. Firstly, the there is crack on the left side of the box and secondly the cooling takes time which is not even adequate. Being a regular customer, I know your top-quality service, but this time I am disappointed with the delivery and product too.
However, please send a technician at the same address to look and fix the issue if possible do it immediately as it is a summer season and weather is severely hot.
Also, I must pay the price yet. Even though the item’s brand is of premium quality, it is unsatisfactory, and this was the gift I gave to my mother who is heavily dissatisfied with my present. I want you to send 10% discounted bill while sending to the engineer. Therefore, requesting you to enact in this case as soon as possible.
