You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate.

Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter with a heavy dissatisfaction with the heating/cooling service of room 405.
Yesterday at 10 am, I checked in the above-mentioned room number. As there was severe humid weather, I turned on the air conditioner to cool the place. It took nearly 2 hours to reduce the temperature But that night I had the opposite experience. I tried switching it to heating but the heater does not function properly.
Undoubtedly, your service was good but the heating and, also the cooling system gave me the problem.
Due to this issue, I could not concentrate on my work and faced a lot of trouble. I had to call the room service to check up on the system and requested him to change my room. The staff was generous as he quickly changed the room and helped me shift.
I hope you fix the problem as soon as possible as I am planning to come next week and would like to have the same room or any other room on the other floor.
