I am writing in connection with the amount I should pay for my insurance car monthly. Informed by your side the guarantee for my car changed and should to purchase another money for it. Due to there is no explanation for this statement, therefore I want to express my dissatisfaction for this updated.
In the very outset, I booked for the golden category, as you know it is the highest, to make sure I received a good service when I face a problem. When I signed for our yearly contract between me and your company, there is no item talked about changed in monthly money, due to this I built my money budget. From my side, it is impossible to pay any another cent for this.
Due to the contract, I asked you to provide a clear analysis for this update to convince me to increase my insurance, so I will pay the same amount of money until received it. Ultimately, I hope you to share with me the contact for who is in charge of to follow up this issue.
I am looking forward for your prompt response.
