Employers should or should not take employees suggestions or ideas to take any decisions. Discuss

Recently, the phenomenon of involving employyes in management debates and its corresponding impacts has sparked a heated debate. Although this idea is beneficial as it regarded by the substantial numbers of individuals both constructive and positive, others hold opponents views. I am inclined to believe that it can be a plus as it could develop some brilliant aspects for its adherents.

From a social standpoint, there are several advantages of encouraging employees to engage in debates and offer their own ideas. These are rooted in the fact of enhancing productivity. From my own experience, when I was a university student, I performed an academic experiment which discovered these benefits. Firstly, this allowance is considered as a kind of attention by the workers and make a feel of satisfaction among them. Furthermore, their confidence is boosted by anticipating in the discussions and they always try to think about all issues in their jobs, hence, their unconsideration feeling is killed by this decision and their efficiency is enhanced. Moreover, an array of problems and technical issues are difficult to recognize by employers, and this idea helps to find and address them in the fast way.

On the one hand, there is no doubt, the idea of motivating employees to attend debates in order to offer the new ideas and suggestion has some opponents. These people asserted that this involving lead to reveal all problems for employees and they aquire a lot more information about the weaknesses. Thus, this kind of information is danger for market competitions, if someone submit it to the rivals.

In conclusion, while there are several compelling arguments on both sides, I profoundly believe that the merits of psych up employees to think about their job issues and try to make suugestion are more outweigh its drawbacks.
