Essay topics:

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think is a positive or negative situation?

Providing a secure accommodation is one of the most challenges for the residents of all countries. I am strongly inclined to take the side of owning a home instead of renting one based on several reasons. Firstly, owning a home is a type of proliferating investment. Secondly, owning a home provides a comfortable condition for the family and the last reason is that a home will be a perfect and secure heritage for the next generations. To elaborate more on my tendency, the following reasons and examples will be mentioned.
First and foremost, when people are investing in purchasing homes, they are completely aware that the value of their investments increases gradually. In other words, When I buy home, I am sure that the instant value of my property would not decrease. Therefore, by owning a home, I maintain the value of my property. The economic investigations have correctly proved this fact that for all countries of the world, even in those that had gone through calamity (such as war, natural disasters, etc.,), the value of the real estates has not decreased permanently. As a result, if someone wants to keep the actual value of his/her money, owning a home is a good strategy.
Another primary reason is attributed to the comfortable conditions that someone provides for his/her family. When you rent a home, you might encounter some issues with your landlord. In addition, you should commit to your contract details and some of your freedom might be decreased. Moreover, with respect to the annual inflation, the cost of renting home gradually increases and each year, the tenants should bring more money for the landlords to keep their contract. This leads to stress on the family members and might cause inconvenience for their accommodation. Therefore, owning a home prevents external concerns.
The final advantage of owning a home is making a sustained heritage for the next generations. Regarding the importance of the parent role to be responsible for their children, having a home has several advantages. First, the children are growing in the place without external stress. The parents would assign more time for their education. Second, owning a place will be good investment for their future. On the other hand, when people rent a home, they might also have challenge for the accommodation of their children’s family. Thus, owning a home would be a secure investment for them
To recapitulate, I remarkably agree that owning home outweighs renting one base on keeping value of own property, providing a comfortable condition for the family and being responsible for the future of the next generation.
