You are going to study in a college in the UK next year. You would like to stay in a college Hall of Residence.
Write a letter to the college giving your accommodation requirements. You should outline what your room and food needs are and also ask what alternatives are available if they cannot provide what you want.
You should write at least 150 words.
You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You do NOT need to write your own address.
Respect sir
I am a Chinese hign school student who is going to study in your college next year. First I would like to show my gratitude to college for recognising my talant. It's an honor to be a part of something so divine.
The other reason why I write this is that I am wondering if I can obtain a spot in college Hall of Residence. Learning and living inside the campus along with my future friends has always been my dream. This urge burgeoned when I found out that I am giving the opportunity to learn here. Since the landscape are absolutely stunning. Not mention all the facilities which modernized the college. I would love to secure a room with campus's view which near the library if that's too much to ask.
I should add one more request about food needs. As you know the dishes in China are cooked differently. I am wondering if there is a possibility to taste that in your college once a while. I will be delighted.
If the college do have problems meeting my needs, then maybe you can provide some alternative residence with kitchen to help me settle in.
Thanks for reading and looking forward to your reply.
