Dear Sir,
I have been recently employed as a part time worker at one of your shop. Its been nearly 6 months and i have no issues what so ever. But now i have an issue that need to be addressed immediately for the betterment of the shop.
As a full time student, the part time job provides sufficient wages to survive and also reduces my spending on the food. One of the reason I joined the job is because I enjoy cooking and servicing. I also feel the environment of the shop is very good and the others workers are very friendly. I thoroughly enjoy my role over here until a few weeks back.
I have noticed that some of the full time employees slaking in their role. They take break often and avoid working at the kitchen. This is burdening the other employees. They are not helping in cleaning nor cutting the vegetables. They just use the phone most of the time.
I hope this issue can be addressed as soon as possible.
yours faithfully,
Steve smith
