The two pie charts give information about the fundamental reasons responsed by student opted for specific university in UK in 1987 and 2007.
It can be seen in the chart, the highest percentage of students indicated that university courses fitness was the most concerning reason in both years. While the distance to their parents's house was the least concerns in 1987, it became the second most popular reason in 2007.
In 1987, more than a third student took the university courses fitness into the consideration. This figure was followed by two second most concerned quality of resourses and extracurricular activities, 21% and 19% respectively. In 2007, these two former criteria rose dramatically to 17% and 6% respectively. There was a similar decrease with quality of educational training, from 15% to 8%.
By 2017, student were more likely to consider the distance to their parents's house than the previous year. Its figure increased twofold from 10% in 1987 to 22% in 2017. University courses fitness continued to be a major reason, which rose slightly by 2% to 37%.
