Dear Dey,
It has been so long since we last met. I hope that you and your family are all well! I`m writing to inform you about my interesting in a cooking class at the local college and would like you to join me.
There are several hobbies of mine, but cooking is the most favorite one to me. When I saw an advert for the course, I called the reservation department of the course to ask about more details. They have informed that different schedules are available, and the next cohort will start directly next week at local college. Therefore, I have booked a place for me accordingly.
I remember our discussion earlier about your future business plan and recall your intention to start-up a small restaurant in your city. Thus, it may be useful to attend the cooking course to acquire some professional knowledge about the business. The course provides also a consultancy service for any similar businesses.
I will be available in your city next month for some business, so why do not we meet at the same restaurant where it is closest to your home. It would be much better to discuss this idea face-to face while having dinner together.
Warm wishes,
Ayoub
