After that, grapes are crushed in machine. Later on, the mixture is inserted into potale for fermentation including its skin. In the sixth phase, the juice is entered into potale for again fermentation but without grapes skin. Afterwards, the juice is filtered that makes it clear. Then, the clarify juice is kept into oaken cask where the maturation is take place for 6 to 24 months. In the next phase, the acid and sugar is added for taste adjustment. Finally, the bottling is done and it is ready for selling into market.
