Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you that my name is Mathew, I am a 2nd-year student of computer science batch roll no 61 and have recently lost my student identification card while I was in the college library.
As you are aware that this card serves as a proof of identification for checking in and checking out at various entry and exit points in the college and also availing library services, in absence of the student identification card I have to prepare a temporary card every day , when I enter and exit the college premises which is troublesome and time taking exercise, in addition to this I am not able to issue some important books on this temporary card which I require during this week as I have to prepare from my semester exams.
Hence, I would be grateful if you could issue me a student identification card as soon as possible which will help me to avoid the above problems.
