Dear Mr. David
I am writing in regard with a birthday party which was held at your hotel on july 9th. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team who supported us and my grandmother's ninetieth birthday celebration a most memorable one.
I thank you for the exemplary arrangements that you made for the party. All of those who attended the function shared their appreciation for such a well organised ceremony. It was a dinner event from 8:00pm to 10:00pm which became success because of the impeccable service provided by your staff.
My grandmother was overwhelmed when she saw the sitting arrangement as well as the live music. This was a wonderful platform to share some moments with the close ones. She was deliriously happy when she met her childhood friends after a long time. Moreover the musicians made the atmosphere heavenly with their ethereal music.
Please accept my gratitude and extend my regards to your staff.
Yours sincerely
Thomas
