A glance at bar charts provided reveals that the rate of universals` oil resources where located in several part of the world and also the percentages of oil consumption in one-year period in the same parts. Overall , in half of these sections the resources percentages are more than consumption rate so they can provide their oil demands by local resources. The third most resources rate is Central and South America with about 8 percent of world's oil resources and in the bottom of the list is the area of Australia and New Zealand with just under 1 percent.
Let's go to other side and look at world's oil consumer. As you can see two most oil consumer areas is Asia and US , respectively with about 26 and 25 per cent . However third oil consumer is Western Europe with just on out of every ten , other oil consumptions' rates are not as many as these regions and are just under 10 percent .
