• give instructions about how to care for your pet
• describe other household duties
Dear Ben,
Hope you are doing well. Although it has been a hectic last week as I have been preparing for my vacation to Bali on the other hand, it has been a great relief to hear that you will be coming to Sydney to take care of my apartment and snowy. I want to thank you for this kind gesture.
First and foremost I wanted to provide you with a list of instructions which will your life much easier while you stay at my home. I will be taking my mobile number along so I will be reachable on the same number. Please text me on Viber or we chat as I prefer to text rather than calls. Secondly, you will need to feed snowy milk and pedigree twice a day. The dog food along with some utensils are kept in the cabin located in the balcony. Additionally, you can also feed him boiled chicken some times which is kept in the refrigerator. Don’t worry about taking snowy out as Smith will come every day and take him for morning and evening walks.
Lastly, there is some technical issue with the microwave oven and I have asked a local technician to visit fix the problem. I will provide him with your contact number and he will coordinate with you.
I hope you have a pleasant stay and do text me in the case of an emergency.
Best regards
Saad
