The flow chart gives a detailed explanation of how the entire bricks are produced to use in the construction industry. The most striking feature is that this procedure consists of six stages.
In the first step, the clay, which is the raw material of making bricks, is dug up by a digger. Then, it is placed on a metal grid so that small pieces fall to a roller below. In the next stage, sand and water are added and the mixture of them will be placed in a mould or a wire cutter to make the shape of brick before the soft bricks are moved into a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours.
Later, bricks are going to be fired in two special kilns at a moderate temperature (200c – 980c) and a higher one (870c -1300c), respectively. Next, they will be packed to move to tracks in order to deliver to customers after being treated in a cooling chamber.
In conclusion, the process of manufacturing bricks comprises six steps which are mentioned above.
