The given table illustrates the information about the amount of miles travelled by different types of travelling.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that despite the fact, that with years there were some improvements in transporting system,car remain the most popular transport type .
First of all, there were noticeable changes in proportion of distance travelled by car, local bus, long distance bus and taxi. While distance travelled by car, taxi and long distance bus increased 1.5, 2 and 3 times, respectively miles driven by local bus decreased.
In 15 years, car, long distance bus, train, taxi and other modes of travel had an upward trend by contrasts and local bus had downward trend. Despite the fact that there were various changes, some modes remained approximately the same: walking, bicycle in number of miles.
All in all, miles travelled by all modes till the end of period raised by almost 2000 miles.
