You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Write a letter to the accommodation officer, describe the situation, explain your problem and why is it difficult to work, Say what kind of accommodation u would prefer.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with my current living condition. Thou, the accommodation itself is fine, my housemate has been inconsiderate lately, making the environment not conducive to work. I hope you will consider my situation favourably.
Let me explain my situation. The trouble started about two months ago, when my new housemate moved in. Prior to that, everything was perfect, my former housemate was extremely considerate, we both enjoyed our stay. But unfortunately, my new housemate enjoy playing music as he turns the volume of his woofer to highest,it always affect my sleep. This unpleasant noise keeps occurring all night. I have not been able to concentrate on my studies as this could have negative impact on my studies.
Would you please move me or my housemate to another room? I would prefer to live with someone who is quiet and more considerate. I would not mind whom I stay with as long as we understand each other and does not disturb while studying.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Jane.
