You are due to move into a rented apartment next month but you will not be able to because you have some problems.
Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter,
• explain your situation
• describe your problems
• tell him/her when you think you can move in

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to apologize for not being able to enter into the flat I have taken in rent though I supposed to shift here next month.

Last week I have visited your house and found the accommodation convenient which exactly what I was looking for. Though the rent is bit higher comparing to other location, we negotiated and fixed it at some point. Even I have paid for three months up front and confirmed that I will move here in next month.

I need to live there because I got a job confirmation letter and my office is in that location. So, a nearby home will save my valuable time. It was said that my joining will be on first week of next month but due to some complications I have been informed that my starting day will be fixed after next month.

In this confusing situation I decided not to move in your house next month rather let me be sure first. But I have been assured that I am selected for this job and hope after a month I will start the job from your apartment which I have taken on rent.

I would be grateful if you consider my situation and allow me one-month extension for final confirmation.

Will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
Md. Shawan Shahriar
