Let me explain my situation in detail. I am living in a private accommodation and I have leased it for a year in which 6 months was completed. One of my friend is supposed to occupy the house for the rest of the lease tenure but
unfortunately, he has cancelled his plans. My landlord had insisted to pay the full rent for the rest of the period in order to vacate. So, I have decided to stay at this place for the rest of the lease period.
Could I move into the accommodation after 6 months? I would be glad if you could kindly consider my request and allow me to defer my arrival for the next semester. It would be perfect if you could provide information on what forms to fill for this procedure.
