Similarly, average percentage of road accident in Melbourne holds first position, rising from just above 3% in 2002 it had fluctuated in the following year and reached up to a peak at about 4% at the end of the period.
Average death percentage on the other hand started from just below the 1% in 2002 in Melbourne and there was a gradual increase on this trend up to the second half of 2004 and stabilized at just above the 1% in 2005, though there was a slight fall had noticed in the second half of 2005 in the question.
