The charts show information concerning speed-camera use, together with statistics on road accidents, for the city of Melbourne.

The bar chart provides insights about the number of cameras installed in city of Melbourne while the line chart gives the percentage of accidents and death occurred between 2002 and 2005.

Overall the number of cameras installed was increased for every year. Although the count was increased, the injuries and death rate inclined at a higher rate. Comparatively more number of incidents happened over loss of life. Minor injuries and accidents percentage was highly fluctuated throughout the year.

With regards to the total cameras installed, It began at around 25 in 2002 and then climbed to 35 in 2003 and then further increased dramatically to 65 in 2004. In 2005, it reaches a most significant value of 145 in 2005. It is observed the numbers are grown up and never turned back again in coming years. Firstly, Death rates was always low compared to accidents happened.

Secondly, death rate was decreasing and reaches around 0.8% in first year after which the figure fluctuated slightly and dropped to a 0.6%in 2003. From then on it was jumped to a peak value of 1.6% before falling to 1.1% in 2005. Lastly, The accident are decreased and reaches exactly 2% in 2002 and 2003, between years it followed a small dip in numbers. And then the value is steadily increasing touches 3.6% in 2005.
