The diagram demonstrates how bricks are made for building industry. Overall, there are seven stages in the process begin with the digging clay and the delivery of bricks to construction sites.
First of all, clay used for this process is digged from ground by diggers. After that they are broken up into smaller pieces using metal grid along with the assistance of the roller. Then, water and sand are added to the mixture. Following this, they are turn into bricks by either being cut by wire cutter or place into moulds.
In the subsequent stage, these bricks are put into drying oven to dry for 24-28 hours. Next, bricks go through the heating and cooling process. Bricks are put in kiln under the temperature of 200 degree Celsius and then go up to 1300 degree Celsius. After this, they stay in the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Finally those bricks are packaged and delivered to use in building industry
