I think it would be a great idea if you could plan a destination birthday party. This type of party is quite popular nowadays, since it is enjoyed by guest of all ages.What's more, there are lots of planners in Lahore, who are famous for arranging commendable events. You only require to hire a one that could make all the arrangements on your behalf at very reasonable price. Thus, you do not need to worry about the arrangements.
If I may suggest, you must hold your birthday party at Pir Soha, Islamabad. This is quite an attractive place with picturesque and panoramic views of Islamabad,which I'm sure everyone is going to like. Moreover, there are restaurants galore and you could choose any of them for the lunch.
