The article states that TT is endanger of becoming extinct and we have to save them and provides 3 ways of support.
However, the professor explains that these way are not satisfactory enough to do and refute each of the author's reasons.
First, the reading claims that one way to save this species of plant is to reestablish them in the same location. On the other hand the professor refutes this point by saying that this is going to be so unlikely because of the fact that so many moist places are going to become dry and the reason that this happened is because of the change of climate in regional scale and global warming change that could change the property of the climate in some area.
Second, the article posits that we should move them into some different locations. However, the professor asserts that human had the same experience with other types of plants but the truth is that this change in location could have some unpredicted result and illustrate that point with the one example about some plant that when they changed their location spread so quickly and killed some of the species that were there before and they were endanger of extinction themselves.
Third, the reading claims that maybe it could be a good idea to preserve them by maintaining them it the research center but the professor oppose this point by saying that the population of TT can not resist disease and also because of their population and diversity of these planet it could be really hard to accommodate them in the research center. She states that no research center has the capacity to accommodate to these type of plants.
