2. Explain why you can no longer do this work
3. Recommend another person who is interested in the work
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in connection with the tuition classes that i was taking for the compassion students for the past 6 months. I would like to inform you that from next month i would not be able to take the classes.
I was taking english classes to the 5th grade students. The group assigned to me had 18 students. The classes were conducted every alternative days from 6pm - 7.30pm after their school hours. And also, i was taking music classes to the kinder garden students during Fridays evening.
As you know that, i was coming for these classes after my work. Unfortunately, my work shift will be changing from next month and i will be doing evening shift from 5pm - 2am. I would not be able to take classes from next month.
At the same time, i would like to introduce my younger sister Ms. Hanna, who just finished her college and interested in being a part of this social activity. during her college days also, she was actively participating in all social activities.
I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity to be a part of this activity and i hope you will be able to accept my sister.
Yours Faithfully
Larry Susan
