Your child is going on a three day school trip to another country. The head teacher wants to find parents to go with the group and you would like to go.
Write a letter to the head teacher. In your letter:
Say why you would like to go on the trip
Suggest what you could do to help during the trip
Ask other questions about the trip
Dear Headteacher,
I am writing in regards to participate in the school trip. As my child Harman he has joined the school trip as well as the school body is in search of a parental family so we have decided to take a keen interest as a guardian of my child. Let me elaborate in details.
At first place, I am seeking to be part of this trip due to two reasons: firstly my child is going for the first time away from us. He has not habit of leaving without us for so many days. Addintionaly, he has a minor flue so her mom is worried little bit about him. Secondly, it is a long weekend we both are deliberately waiting travel the other country with our child.
Needles to say, we both will help the school team in coordinating the students as well as keeping them safe from other things. Also, we will assist in keeping, handling and maintaining the whole trip.
Lastly, can you give the details of the trip of date , time and destination of the trip. So, we will be well prepared for the trip.
We shall look for the reply soon.
Yours faithfully,
Parents.
