Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is John Paul and I live in he student hall. I am writing this letter to describe a problem which I am having at my residence.
I am a final year student of Business Administration Program and I have been allotted a room with another student for the last three months. She is in class first year. Our routine as well as way of living is significantly different from each other that I really find it difficult to manage to study.
The main problem is that she is fond of listening to music and plays song on mobile and sometimes on radio in a loud volume. Another issue is that her friends visit her in the room quite often. They do parties in the room and also make a noise. In such situation, it often becomes almost impossible for me to study with concentration.
I could not take the risk of sharing room with any other student till my exams are over, therefore, I would like to request you to assign me a single room so that I could focus on my studies. I shall be thankful to you for your kind attention to this problem.
