You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel.
Task: Write a letter to the hotel making the arrangements.
1. Let them know when you will be arriving and leaving.
2. What type of rooms you would like.
3. Ask them how much the weekend will cost.
4. Also, enquire about activities and places of interest near the hotel.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to check rooms availabilities at your hotel, as my family and I would like to spend sometimes in a coast hotel. In fact we are planning to visit Jeddah next week on 21st of November until 24th of November and we are looking to stay near the coast.
Therefore, I would be extremely grateful if you would please send me the type of available rooms, as I prefer to have 2 master rooms with private bathrooms and separate balconies with sea view.
I also was wondering about the total cost of these rooms per day and if the breakfast include in the package or not?. Moreover, I have heard that Jeddah city has wonderful territories to visit and activities to do, so, would you please send me a list of the top 10 places to see and the most interesting activities to try.
Thanks in advance and I am looking for your great response.
Best regards
Bilal
