Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Jasmin member of orphanage community from last two years. The reason for my writing is to abandon the club for a further prolonged membership. I feel apology for this sudden decision of opting out my name from the club list.
To be more specific, In the bygone days, I have registered my myself for a golden membership of a local orphanage society. I have served for this club with my full dedication and diligence. Besides, at the beginning I invested $5000 for participating in this volunteer project. Moreover, I used to send monthly amount of 200$ to this organisation.
Significantly, during my membership I have procured multifarious features such as qualities of determination, kindness, serving the society for its welfare as well as helping the needy people. It has increased my moral values and ethics due to which I have joined this club.
Lastly, I have to move to another country for my prosperous career. Overall, I enthrusted with the new job and responsibilities. Also the place would be new to me and for my family. So greatest of my time will be motivated to settle in this new atmosphere. Due to the shortage of time and financial resources I have to quit this club.
