Dear Mr Ben,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the discontinuation of my annual membership in your club "Gold gym & Spa". I was an exultant member of your club. I enrolled two years back and after the first year my membership was upgraded to Silver with annual upgradation fees of 200 us dollars, paid in advance. I regret to inform you that I will not be able to continue the association. To elucidate, due to my work commitments, I am moving to Singapore as I have shifted my base now.
being a premium member of the club, I was privileged to use all the facilities such as swimming pool, jogging track and gym. The club has arranged numerous programs such as yoga, Zumba, which I am very fond of and has benefitted several numbers of people. I have enjoyed my time here and it has become a significant part of my daily routine.
I am sorry to inform you that I will not be able to continue my relationship with the club. The reason being I am shifting to Singapore soon. Therefore, I would not be able to continue any activities here so requesting you to refund me the deposit of 150 dollars which was due upon the cancellation of the membership.
