Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is John Paul and I have availed travel insurance policy from your well-reputed company. I am writing to let you know that my laptop was lost during a recent trip.
The laptop was of DELL Company, and it was 15 inches wide. Its color was black with silver-colored company’s logo on back of the screen. There was a visible scratch on its backside, and keyboard was in worn condition.
Before my departure, I had it beside me at the airport lounge. But when I was sitting in the plane, I found out that my laptop was missing. It must have been stolen by a passerby in the lounge. Unfortunately, the plane was about to take off and I could not go back to the lounge to search it.
Although I sent an E-mail to the airport authorities regarding the lost laptop, I did not receive any response so far. Therefore, I would like you pay me the cost of lost laptop as per insurance policy contract. I have attached my details herewith, and I request you to proceed refunding procedure as early as possible. I would like to respond if there would be any inquiries about this matter.
Yours sincerely,
John Paul.
