Dear Mr. Talit,
I am writing to you to request to arrange a holiday apartment in the city center of Singapore. I am arriving along with my family members of four and would like to stay there for over a week, from 18th September to 26th September 2019.
To explain in detail, as Singapore is a beautiful city, we are thinking to stay in the main road area where there is frequent availability of transportation facilities so that we could get to nearby places in no time. Moreover, I am looking forward to a double bedroom flat with a large kitchen, a hall, two bathrooms, and which is at an affordable price.
We are going to arrive on 18th September, at 9.30 AM to the Singapore International Airport from Indian Airlines. As soon as we reach there, we shall fresh up, and visit the local places until evening which is nearby to the airport area.
Moreover, as this is a family holiday, I would like to know the appropriate prices for the visit to famous and interesting places in Singapore. Also, please let me know the details of available apartments along with their per day cost including the tax. In addition, kindly include the cost of pick up and drop from the airport to the apartment as well.
I look forward to receiving your response at earliest.
Yours sincerely,
Diva Robertson
