Dear Mr. Harrison,
I am writing this letter to ask for your permission to present the information which I had gathered by attending the conference held in the Taj Hotel a couple of days ago about digital marketing.
In detail, the main moto of the meeting was to explain how to increase the traffic to the website. As we are conference organizers, the meeting was useful and informative to me as I gathered the information which could be beneficial for our organization's growth. Moreover, I would like to share about it in the powerpoint presentation form because we can add pictures related to the topic, and thus our staff members can easily grab the information.
I am thinking to conduct the meeting on Thursday, 18th October at 10.30 am in the conference hall 2 as we have large screens there, and it lasts for three and a half hours. It would cover topics such as traffic targeting, customer satisfaction, and website development. Hence, the website designers, digital marketing executives, and team leaders has to attend the meeting so that they can let their team members know about this information, and its usefulness to their individual site.
