Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to the opening that was advertised in Times of India for the requirement of waitress in your local restaurant. I would like to apply for the post as my experience and personal qualities make me a deserving candidate.
Currently, I am studying hotel management in Delhi university. I want to take advantage of my summer holidays by working in the study-related area. I also had an experience of waitress in Bercos restaurant for 1 year. My responsibilities involved providing good quality service, managing customers’ orders, making sure that the customers get the orders on time and handling customers complaints.
I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and punctual, also I am flexible and can handle all sorts of task. My employer is happy to provide the reference and I will be available for interview any time. I am attaching my resume for your reference.
I look forward to meeting you soon
Yours Faithfully
