- Describe the course you are taking
- Explain what you do not like about the course
- What should be done about it in your opinion.
Dear sir,
I am smith, one of the students of evening accounting course, writing this letter to complain about some dissatisfaction about the course content, teachers and infrastructure.
Actually, I joined in the institute in April 2019 (Admission No: CE3243) for Ten-month Accounting Diploma and I was the offered the classes experts like Chartered Accountants and professors at the time of admission. Above that the brochure had mentioned certain portions to cover within six months and practical classes by using computers in the institute.
It is pity to say that many of the classes were handled by some graduate teachers instead experts and they fail to complete the syllabus during the six-month period. Even many of the lessons are left confused or incomplete which is needed to be revised. Moreover, many of the computers are dead now and yet to be fixed sooner.
So I hope you would provide some extra classes by experts as you offered to at time of entry. I need more practical classes especially to become experts in handling accounting software. If fail to do so, I humbly request you to refund my fee as soon as possible. So I would be join in any other training institute.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank in advance
Smith
(Admission No: CE3243)
