Dear Sir,
I am Nina 3rd year student from Computer Science- Btech, I am one of student who join for the crash courses, but the classes are not running as per initial schedule so, I am writing this letter to inform you regarding this issue.
Unfortunately, all 3rd year students who opted for the English crash course are facing issue of class held timings. As per Initial notice the classes will held after college hours from 2 till 3 pm, but now the classes are conduction from 5 till 6 pm. Hence, we all waiting for around 3 hours with our doing any activity and also getting late to back to home.
Please consider above request and help to check with tutors to set the timings as per original schedule. I am ok for 1-hour delay but not more than 1 hour, Else I would like to request a full refund of the money I have paid for this course.
I look forward for speedy resolution on this request.
